Addictive!
Different puzzles to solve, addictive game! Been playing VV many years… waiting for more upcoming surprises! 😬
Strain on the eyes and ads everywhere
I can get including (optional) ads that reward players with items/time boosts, but having an ad play after every time you craft something or complete a puzzle is infuriating. Not only is the crafting mechanic a complete pain without spending premium credits, it is a hassle to use and navigate it on mobile.
Scaling is another issue. Some items on the map are almost impossible to see on mobile screens, and it is difficult to drop villagers accurately sometimes. The map is pretty big, much bigger than in the Virtual Villagers series, but the mobile version clearly has not taken into account scaling to smaller screens. Many of the buttons in the UI are also a little too small, while some other things block out parts of the map.

We try and ensure that the presence of ads is minimal, non-invasive and relevant to our players. While it's not possible to completely remove the ads, we're always reviewing how we manage them within the game, and I've sent your feedback to our team. That said, making an in-app purchase removes these ads!
Challenging and fun
Puzzles are difficult. Need loads of patience for if do not want to spend for tech points and lavastones. Addictive too.
