In app messaging doesn’t work well
The in app messaging function doesn’t work properly. There is no UI elements to show which messages has been read and which are new messages. No way to also reject or remove candidates that we might not be interested to proceed with. Makes the shortlisting process difficult. Tons of room for improvement.

Dear Sir, Madam,
Sorry for the inconvenience. Indeed, we had some issues in May regarding the messaging app. It has been solved with UI elements showing which messages have been read; employers can now contact helpers both via the in-app chat or via Whatsapp.
The feature to accept or remove candidates has also been released, making shortlisting more convenient. Feel free to contact us at support@wearecaring.com if you would like to give us another try for free.
