Cannot log in with WiFi
The app is totally useless when there are faults. For the last 2 days we are unable to log in because we can’t even open our app. Hence we cannot get authenticated. So you customer service is poor as well. How is it that a bank like DBS with all its resources cannot resolve their app issues and asks its customers to go to the bank physically especially during the COVID period to do our banking!
App is buggy and not responsive
I have been using this app since 2019, and the user experience has been horrendous. The app is quite unstable, and at times certain functions within the user interface can cause the app to close abruptly.
More recently, I observed that two functions were not working properly. Firstly, the research function is not working, and clicking the research tab under Invest causes the app to shut down instantly. Secondly, using the pay by instalment function for credit card transaction also causes the app to not function properly. I’ve feedback to the DBS team via the hotline but as of yet, the app is still facing these issues.
I hope DBS prioritises more development effort in this app. It is such a pity to see a bank branding itself as a frontier in digitalisation but releases apps which are of poorer quality than other peer banks.
Is DBS serious about sorting out its app
I was glad to finally see an app update that went live 12 hours ago.
But to my disappointment, the updated app is equally bad. Still have the white screen issue. The app has problems authenticating. Had to set to flight mode for app to load and then turn off flight mode. I am monitoring if the app cause freezing of the phone and other apps.
Could not even provide feedback. The optional section doesn’t even accept text. Kept saying only alphabet accepted. No special characters were used.
Come on, DBS! You can do better. Your customer deserved a non-crappy and working app.
