I’ve been having issues with your DBS PAYLAH APP. Just bought bubble tea from Gong Cha and it stated there clearly use DBS PAYLAH APP got 10% cashback yet didn’t receive a cent! You shouldn’t attract people to use your app then don’t keep your word it’s wrong! I changed my number and updated using iBanking yet under DBS PAYLAH it still reflected old number!!Your own website said when change number just update through iBanking!When my mother sent me DBS PAYLAH payment to my new number I didn’t receive it. After calling and speaking to multiple staff they said they’ll raise a dispute yet nothing done and the money is still hanging in mid-air! They’re just passing the buck around! There’s no proper communication at all!Her relationship manager said that it’s transferred to her bank account on 1st June. she didn’t receive it! After that he didn’t reply her messages or answer her calls. This is the kind of standard DBS has now. I expected much better from your self-proclaimed BEST BANK IN ASIA!
New registration requirements and old problem unfixed

Been using Paylah for quite a while(more than months) and I’ve even recommended my friends to use it yet I’m so disappointed with the latest version of this app. I couldn’t believe now u can only use Paylah WITH a DBS or POSB bank account. None other way u can enjoy this cashless way of payment method. This feature really inconvenience those who don’t have a DBS or POSB bank account, and even if u are trying to promote ur company ur bank we all understand but in the shoes of parents, when they give their children a sum of money using Paylah instead of cash due to many other reasons, the money can be easily stored inside their children’s MOBILE-PHONE-REGISTERED account (in the past when their children can just simply register using their ICs, emails n mobile phones, DO NOT NEED A BANK ACCOUNT). But now? This way of Paylah registration doesn’t exist anymore and yet up till this moment in time you haven’t fixed the ‘change mobile phone number’ problem, which I’ve been searching so many times on ur website but the buttons described by the guide just doesn’t exist in my app (iOS version), it IS really upsetting and causing me ALOT of inconveniences when I’m trying to receive money and I have to log in and out of my two accounts every single time because I can’t change the linked mobile phone number. I am utterly disappointed in this app. I think I’ll transfer my money out and try other cashless payment app. Really disappointed.

The easiest app to use and very convenient. Only takes a minute or less to transfer money or scan QR codes. Everything is super fast and smooth—just a few taps and it’s done.And it ties up with so many shopping platforms and dining spots for discounts and deals.And don’t need to reinstall the app.. The logging in crashes for me sometimes too but just wait awhile and it works perfectly after that. Not a big issue at all considering how useful the app is overall.
Wallet Limit $0 Not Working

Wallet Limit set to $0 supposed to transfer incoming funds in wallet to linked bank account, right? But since updated APP, I found funds remained in wallet. So I changed wallet limit to other amount (e.g $200) and then back to $0. This time funds auto transferred to bank account. Okay, I thought issue fixed. BUT today again funds remained in wallet. So I repeated above method and funds was auto transferred to bank account. My wallet limit set to $0 since day 1, funds always auto transfer to bank account, never had to manual transfer. Googled online and found others experiencing same issue. Please fix.
