Able to add cargo clearance permit payment and other missing modules?

I’m using the app for my personal payments. Even converted some of the older colleagues to use app instead of going to AXS Kiosk.But recently, I need to use this app to help my boss pay for cargo clearance permit to Nparks after they took over from AVA and ended the giro arrangement. While in the process of waiting for giro approval, I have to find a kiosk to pay everytime a new shipment arrives. It is very troublesome. Will appreciate if this module can be added. I also notice some modules on axs kiosk not available on e-service as well. Don’t understand why the functions are not uniformed in different platform.Update to response to developers: appreciate your hard work and reviewing of feedbacks by users. We look forward to a better enhanced interface on the next update!

Useful but UX could be improved

This app is really useful for paying credit card bills especially with integration with bank apps with redirects. However it gets difficult to double check details after reaching the payment summary page as the credit card number gets hidden, and using the back button brings me back to the homepage. After I try to add my bill payment again it says that the item has already been added to payment summary, which I didn’t realise I could view using the top right corner of the app (compared to adding another bill to reach payment summary page). Perhaps the icon could be bigger or some sort of short text could be added that clarifies it goes to the payment summary page? Also ‘my favourites’ is a useful feature but the clickable area for entering amount is pretty small, it could be made a bit bigger. Overall great app and I like the eReceipt automated email.

Been using this app for a few years now. Seen it evolve from a kinky app to the latest version which allows me to clear my monthly payment transactions in a matter of seconds.First started using because of the ability to skip queues.Now, my lastest 'pet' in this app would be the list of favourite transactions - saved me the trouble of searching around your large network of billing types and organisations etc every month. With this list, I can just select the bill I want to pay (eg telco monthly subscription bill) and pay. Viola! Transaction done in less than 10 seconds. Great job, app producers! 😉👍

Reinstalling the app and loss of all previous data
