WhatsApp Business enables you to have a business presence on WhatsApp, communicate more efficiently with your customers, and help you grow your business.
If you have separate business and personal phone numbers, you can have both WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger installed on the same phone, and register them with different numbers.
In addition to the features available in WhatsApp Messenger, WhatsApp Business includes:
• BUSINESS PROFILE: Create a profile for your business to help your customers find valuable information — like your website, location, or contact information.
• BUSINESS MESSAGING TOOLS: Be more responsive to your customers by using Away messages to indicate that you're away.
• LANDLINE/FIXED NUMBER SUPPORT: You can use WhatsApp Business with a landline (or fixed) phone number and your customers can message you on that number. During verification, select the “Call me” option to receive the code over a phone call.
• RUN BOTH WHATSAPP MESSENGER AND WHATSAPP BUSINESS: You can use both WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger on the same phone, but each app must have its own unique phone number.
• WHATSAPP WEB: You can more efficiently respond to your customers right from your computer's browser.
WhatsApp Business is built on top of WhatsApp Messenger and includes all the features that you rely on, such as the ability to send multimedia, free calls*, free international messaging*, group chat, offline messages, and much more.

Always missed unread messages
Everything is good except that when I get tonnes of enquires every day, after I replied an enquiry from the middle of my list, I need to scroll down to the middle again to reply to the next message. Resulting in a lot of missed messages.
Will be good if there’s a “unread messages” tab. So that I can just go there and filter out and reply to those messages without going thru the whole list again
No notification for new messages received on WhatsApp Buiness
Downloaded WharsApp Business on iPhone 14 series on 16 Mar 2023. It’s a great and useful app for work purposes with practical functions.
I have another WhatsApp downloaded on this same phone for personal use and I can receive notifications as normal for the normal WhatsApp app, but there’s no notifications for the messages received on WhatsApp Business. Even after all the troubleshooting (making sure all notifications settings are on; phone restarted; uninstall & reinstall the app), there is no notification for messages received on WhatsApp Business. I have no clue what’s the issue here and how to fix it to get the notification back.
This is so crucial as I’ve missed out so many time-critical messages! Please please fix this!
Feature to upload items by sequence
All seems good, and quite pleased with the desktop call feature. However, is there any way that WhatsApp Business can have the option to allow reshuffling of uploaded catalog items?
From what I understand at this moment, the latest items uploaded/edited on the catalog will go to the very top. This breaks the sequence of items and messes up the whole catalog flow. Some businesses like ours (an Italian restaurant) have items by category (starters, mains, desserts, etc), so despite uploading in order, the items lose their place in the right sequence and goes to the top upon editing. This is the same for adding new items meant for a particular category.
When this happens, we have to edit every single item in order to slot them correctly and get them back to the right order again.
Would appreciate if someone can provide some information on this, or give an update as to when/if this feature to allow reshuffling will be introduced any time soon?
