Damaged car
Car came damaged with right side mirror damaged, back number plate damaged. Zoom would not take it back or refund. Had to leave the car and take another one for the outbound trip. The zoom employee tried saying that it was not damaged on delivery - I asked him to check the pictures of the take over checklist (contactless delivery so didn’t see the driver!). No response after that
Try giving a poor feedback - will say nickname already taken! Pathetic. Give 4 stars and nickname accepted
Worst App
Cannot modify trip as stated, App fails and customer support say they cannot help you so stuck. Also can’t start the trip with vehicle photos, throws error and you have to send the photos via email wasting time. Most frustrating is the customer support who cut your calls and put you on hold. If you are resilient, you may have to call and try 10+times for any support to progress
