Produrre del gelato di altissima qualità è ormai da decenni una tradizione della nostra famiglia. Per CFC la qualità inizia già dalla scelta delle materie prime. Soltanto materie prime prescelte e di altissima qualità fanno ingresso nella nostra produzione. Con queste materie produciamo poi le basi, gli aromi in polvere e gli emulgatori, le paste per i gelati alla crema e alla frutta, i prodotti base per i frozen yogurt, le granite e il gelato soft. Inoltre utilizziamo diversi frutti e ingredienti per creare i nostri straordinari topping. Con questi topping andiamo poi a coronare le nostre dolci prelibatezze.
