Hello support time,I use uber from Zagreb to Ljubljana. I pay full price. Driver probably didnt report full price and now no body answering on my messages from suppot time in Croatia!I have a debt when i open my app and i pay full price. Can you please contact your people in Croatia and tell them SOMEBODY TRAYING TO COMMUNICATES WITH THEM!!!Tree time i write to them,more then one month i trying and result is nothing!I write you here because i cant finde some email or phone to i can contact you.

Driver didn’t picked us - app charged us anyway

We were waiting for driver to pick us up at the hotel but he just kept driving by us. There is absolutely no way to contact support and no feedback from Uber. They charged us a full fee. Worst app experience ever. Every app should protect their users, clearly Uber does not. Would recommend taking a taxi or any other app.
