I ordered device and plan as a Pro Pack but it doesn’t work and there is no support you can reach to resolve problem only AI chat that won’t help you
Developer Response
Thank you for sharing your struggles with the OBDeleven Pro Pack. To claim the Pro VAG plan just plug it into your car's OBD-II port and connect to it using our OBDeleven VAG mobile app - you should have a pop-up prompt asking you to claim it. If you still cannot activate your Pro plan, do not hesitate to contact our customer support team by starting a Help chat within either of our two mobile apps. When starting a Help chat, you will be greeted by CAN, our AI-powered chat assistant. Follow the given assistance steps to the relevant topics until you reach one asking for your Email or order ID, or if you find a step to "connect to agent" - this step passes on the inquiry to our human help crew for a more personal touch which is sometimes needed for specific troubleshooting. Our support specialists will gladly assist you with sorting things out ASAP. Let us know how it goes.

They killed "Lifetime PRO" accounts by launching a new app and locking coding functions behind a yearly subscription. Support officially says "lifetime" only meant the lifespan of their old app. Zero compensation. Greedy company, avoid.
Developer Response
Hello,Thank you for your feedback.Legacy PRO Lifetime plans have not been removed. They continue to work in the OBDeleven for VAG app, where coding and other PRO features remain available as originally intended. The new OBDeleven app uses a different plan structure and does not include the Legacy PRO Lifetime plan. However, Lifetime PRO users can continue using their existing benefits in the OBDeleven for VAG app.If you have any questions regarding your account or plan status, our support team will be happy to assist.Kind regards,OBDeleven Team
