Highlights are: - downloading movies/episodes and "delete and play next" - clear view on unfinished or interested in shows through "continue watching" and "my list"- reasonable recommendations when searched for movie is unavailable - possibility to change subtitles/language settings easily, good selection of offered languages- option to skip recaps, intros, outrosNegative - you can't pause and alt tab on phone. It turns off the show and you have to reselect it when you turn netflix app on again. You can't rewind/pause trailers well.

I really like Netflix, the one of the reasons I really like it, is that Netflix help me to learn English to this kind of level and it opened up so many opportunities for me. Currently I live in China, I have been living here for one year and half now. In order to watch Netflix in China you need VPN, at the beginning of my stay that wasn’t much of a problem, however in last six/ eight months that has changed a lot. Six/ eight months ago I was using just “VPN365” so when I started experiencing issues with loading films, I blamed it on cheaper vpn service, so I got myself probably the most used and the best rated vpn by many expats and companies here in China, “ExpressVPN”. From the beginning it was working just fine and then after couple of months I started experiencing same kind of issues like before with “VPN365”, it wasn’t really frequent, but nowadays it’s happening so often that I’m honestly considering of cancelling my Netflix subscription.The problem is that, when I’m using vpn, Netflix starts loading film but after couple of seconds it recognises that I’m using vpn, somehow that is problem for Netflix and it cancels loading of the film and returns me to the menu.

Netflix is awesome in some ways, it’s practical. Except that they can’t keep a single show THEY made going and making a second season or more, making you excited and then cancelling it. Other than that watch out for the most stupidest, ignorant, and idiotic rule called the Netflix Household. I am away from home travelling longer than the two temporary weeks they give you and now I don’t have access. What if I was in the hospital huh? Or what if my parents got divorced and only one parent has an account? What if I had to travel for business? What if I don’t live with my parents? OH BUT THEN ITS NOT A HOUSEHOLD IS IT?? MAYBE THATS THE REASON ITS NOT CALLED THE FAMILY PACK IS IT??! Would cancel my subscription but if I did I would have to sacrifice Bojack Horseman.
Great content but not accesible to many Slovaks

Limited number of language mutations, the slovak/czech dubbing is rare, even subtitles are not always available. The quality of subtitles is not great - in some cases (Homeland etc. only english is subtitled to czech, dialogs in arabic or other languages are not subtitled at all). All of this is making very hard or impossible to watch for many members of my family. For paid service people expect to have all the content to be at least subtitled to slovak and major shows dubbed. This is the case for HBO GO. It is excellent for fluent english speakers as it provides huge range of content.
