See which dishes on menus near you fit your calories and protein, whether you're out for lunch or ordering in. Almost 5,000 restaurants in Slovakia.
NourFit shows you what to order at restaurants in Slovakia so the meal fits your goal. It reads the menus of places around you and ranks every dish by how well it fits your calories and protein.
You start by choosing whether you want to lose weight, stay where you are or build muscle, then add your height, weight, age and how active you are. From that, the app sets calories for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with protein, carbs and fat for each. When you're losing weight, lighter dishes with plenty of protein come first. When you're building muscle, dishes with more energy and protein do. You can change the targets at any time.
The For you tab lists restaurants nearby. Each one shows the dish that suits you best there and a match score out of 100. Open a restaurant and its whole menu is sorted for you, and the High protein, Low fat and Keto tabs sort it again. On weekdays, lunch menus have their own view. On the map, each pin shows the calories of your best dish at that place.
A dish page shows calories and kJ, plus protein, carbs and fat next to your target. It tells you how to order the dish and has a screen you can show to the staff. Many dishes also have a lighter version with an estimate of the calories it saves.
Few restaurants publish nutrition values, so NourFit usually estimates them from the dish name and portion weight, using our dish database built on USDA ingredient data or AI. Every dish shows where its numbers come from and how confident the estimate is. Estimates can be off, especially when a menu gives no portion weight.
Add your allergies, your diet and any foods you don't like, and the app takes them into account. Allergens follow the EU list of 14. Always check them with the staff before you order.
Progress works as a calorie and protein tracker for the day, with week and month views. Log a restaurant dish with the + button. Add food from home from a list of common foods, by typing it, or with a photo. If you want, you get one reminder in the evening, only on days when nothing is logged yet.
In the Ask tab you can ask about a specific restaurant's menu or about eating out in general.
NourFit covers almost 5,000 restaurants in Slovakia, most of them in Bratislava, Košice, Žilina, Nitra, Trenčín and Prešov. Menus come from delivery platforms, lunch menu sites and restaurant websites. The app is in English, Slovak and Czech, and you don't need an account.
Some features are free, such as the nearest restaurants, lunch menus and food logging. NourFit Pro unlocks every restaurant and menu, lighter versions of dishes, questions in Ask and photo logging without a weekly limit.
