Developer Response Hi, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the complications with ordering, we are aware of this issue and are currently working on resolving it. The issue with sending orders can be resolved by closing the application (via recent apps) and then restarting Bistro.sk, after which the order should be able to be sent. Somebody used my account to order from the app, didn’t get refunded, took them a month, if not more to properly look into the situation, in the end no action was taken, I still don’t know who took 22 euros from my card to order on bistro…in any case they should create a proper call center because the answers by email take them forever. in serious situations like these, this is simply disappointing, makes you think if they even care for the people that use their app. anyone could have been in a situation like this, it is really sad that they don’t look into it, since likely the card information is not being protected on the app as it should be.

All i can say is that, this app has probably the worst app support i have ever seen, all i can do is talk to a bot who is spamming the same answer all over again, even tho i said many many times that it said estimated delivery time 20-30 minutes, it took them more 2 hours to deliver and when have i asked where is my food, i kept getting same response from the bot , that i should just check reception:), bring back people and not just stupid Ai agents who cant provide any information or fix any problems:) thank you
