6-phase meditation quest
I highly appreciate professional and loving attitude of Mindvalley in preparing this piece. Until very recently all my attempts for meditation were lost until I listened to several masterclasses by Vishen Lakhiani and tasted this meditation quest. It is so systematic, comprehensive, yet understandable at the same time, that even if what one has to really deal with is one’s own inner fights and as we are all unique, our preferences can vary, this is the most helpful tool, I personally experienced. Highly recommend and am very thankful.
