Samsung Galaxy Buds 4+

Trying to disable touches in Galaxy Buds Live due to how unusable they are (70% are double-taps that were intended as single-taps, the rest are taps when I just try to adjust the earbuds in my ears), but this app keeps "disconnecting" from the buds daily and the disable-touches settings keeps getting reverted. Maybe one day.

Hi there! This is a very unusual issue and we are really sorry to hear about it. This could be a hardware issue but we'd recommend you reset your Buds+/Live and try connecting with the app again. Here's what you can do:
1. Place both buds in the charging case for 10-15 seconds, then place them back in your ears.
2. Disable Bluetooth on the connected mobile device for around 20 seconds then re-enable it.
3. Open the Galaxy Wearables app > About Earbuds > Reset Earbuds
If the issue still persists, then we'd recommend visiting a Samsung Support Centre where a technician can inspect the buds for you.

I just switched from my samsung device to an iPhone and was worried if my buds live were still going to be compatible, but they work perfectly! Same as on my samsung, 5/5.

I just bought the all new Samsung galaxy buds+ and downloaded this app. But the app can't seem to function properly on my phone it can run but has an error. It says it's not compatible with my device even though on AppStore it says I'm compatible, I have the latest IOs and everything.

Hi there, we're really sorry to hear that. Could you please let us know your iPhone model? Please note that this application is for Galaxy Buds+ which works with iPhone 7 and later models; the older generation of iPhones are not supported due to compatibility limitations.
