Samsung Galaxy Fit (Gear Fit‪)‬ 4+

Can not pair iphone 13 pro max with Galaxy fit 3

Hi,
i just wanted to pair Samsung Galaxy fit 3 with my iphone 13 pro max, but it is not possible.
Could you help me please?

Can not pair with iphone xr!!!

Can not pair the fit e with the app in my iphone xr!!! I tried million times to connect my fit e with my iphone xr and this is impossible! I still have the device in my bluetooth despite I have tried to uninstall the device from my bluetooth. And the fit e is still there. What the heck? Why is it impossible to connect through the app if the device is connected? Why the app does not see the device and cn not pair it?

Dear nut ta,
Please remove your Wearable from the iPhone Bluetooth list first by going to iPhone Settings→Bluetooth→tap on the ""i"" icon beside your wearable and forget the device. Reset your Wearable and then connect through the app. You can also check out the video for help:

Do not connect it via Bluetooth before connecting it through the app.

Galaxy fit cannot be connected

This app does not contain option to connect galaxy fit wearable even though the option is shown in the screenshots. I am talking about the start screen where you choose the type pf wearable to connect there are only 3 options instead of 4. Tried on iPhone SE and iPhone 5S.

Dear user, we are sorry you had such a poor experience. The minimum requirement for a Galaxy Fit to work in iOS is satisfied by iPhone 7 and later models with iOS 10 and later versions. If you have an older version of iPhone, the Galaxy Fit will not be compatible with your device.
