The step count and goal are displayed right inside. — LIVE STEP COUNT & DISTANCE Steps and distance walked (in miles) update automatically via Apple Health. No manual syncing, no tapping refresh. — 7-DAY HISTORY A weekly bar chart shows your step history color-coded by performance — green when you hit your goal, blue for days still in progress. — SET YOUR OWN GOAL Choose from quick presets (5K, 7.5K, 10K, 12.5K, 15K) or enter any custom number.
