Bug with app

App is fixed. But membership doesnt work for me. I bought membership 10 june 2019 and i dont have it on account

I tried to cancel my subscrition many times before and after the billing, every try they said there was an error and the team will fix this shortly. My money has gone and one is replying. The support email is useless too.
