แอพฯ ทีฟาร์มถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อความต้องการขั้นพื้นฐานสำหรับร้านค้า ร้านขายยา(Pharmacy) เช่น การแก้ไขปัญหาทางด้านอุปกรณ์ (Devices) โดยไม่ยึดติดหรือต้องใช้คู่กับอุปกรณ์ใด ๆ (ทีฟาร์มสามารถจะใช้งานได้ทุกระบบปฏิบัติการ) จึงเหมาะกับร้านค้าที่กำลังเริ่มต้นธุรกิจ ไม่จำเป็นต้องลงทุนอุปกรณ์เพิ่มเพียงเพื่อต้องการระบบขั้นพื้นฐานทั่วไปที่จำเป็นต้องมี (เช่น POS, Stock และบัญชีรายรับ/รายจ่าย เป็นต้น)
อีกทั้งยังถูกออกแบบมาให้ใช้ได้ทั้งรูปแบบ Stand Alone หรือ Offline Mode ใช้กรณีที่มีปัญหาทางด้านเครือข่าย หรือต้องออกนอกสถานที่ที่ไม่มีสัญญาอินเทอร์เน็ต (ออกบูท หรือจัดงานนอกสถานที่) หรือจะเปิดใช้ระบบ Cloud ของแพลตฟอร์มเพื่อสำรองข้อมูลพร้อมการส่งข้อมูลสถิติยอดขายของทางร้านค้าเพื่อให้ทางทีมงานวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลต่าง ๆ พร้อมการประมวลผลและแสดงในรูปแบบของ Chart ต่าง ๆ
