For Employers
TSC allows employers to place requests for vetted and qualified workers in their area. TSC will keep employers updated on fill rates as well as allow employees to clock in and out of their shifts. Shifts can be requested ahead or time or last minute as needs arise. TSC gives employers peace of mind by providing a proven system that allows them to staff and meet their dynamic needs.
For Workers
TSC gives workers the ability to find shifts in their local area that they are qualified to work. Workers can accept their shifts in real time with full details of pay and location. Workers can clock in and out of shifts and review past shifts worked. TSC gives workers the freedom and flexibility to pick shifts around their schedule.
