BeiTeck is a property technology and real estate data analytics firm that digitizes brokerage transactions in Lebanon, through a SaaS-based online platform. Its long-term rental and sale marketplaces connect brokers or homeowner/landlords with buyers or renters. BeiTeck provides brokerage services via both rental and sale marketplaces where homeowners or real estate brokers can post and promote listings. Users can connect with the listing owners through different contact methods such as whatsapp texts, message and tour requests, calls, and emails. Bringing together multinational expertise in the real estate and technology sectors in the U.S. and Europe, BeiTeck was formed as a startup in Lebanon to spearhead the digital transformation of the Property Technology industry in the country and provide solutions to problems faced by occupants, brokers and property owners. BeiTeck’s digital approach encompasses the use of a dynamic map feature to accurately help users locate property locations in Lebanon and the pricing per meter square graph variations that drive the users to make informed decisions, which ultimately lead to property rentals or acquisitions.
