This is a maintenance update. - Correct version display: Settings now shows the version and build number of the app you actually have installed. Earlier builds showed 1.3 regardless of the version running. - Fewer permissions requested: Removed system permissions CalcuLight never used, including microphone and storage access. The app only plays the meter beep, and camera frames are analysed on your device as before. - Metering, shooting profiles, the Log Book and your saved readings are unchanged.

Shooting Profiles (Pro) Save a named setup for how you're actually shooting: the film, how you're rating it against box speed, and whatever filter is on the lens. Every reading is compensated automatically until you switch away, so you set it up once instead of doing the arithmetic on every frame. • Push and pull in 1/3 stop steps, up to 3 stops either way. Push 2 stops on an ISO 400 film and CalcuLight meters it as EI 1600. • Filter compensation up to 10 stops, covering everything from a yellow filter to an ND10. • Switch setups straight from the viewfinder using the new film button beside the Log Book button. • The active profile is always shown on screen, with its name and compensation, so a reading is never quietly adjusted without you seeing why. Faster metering Readings are quicker across the board, and Calculated mode benefits most. It used to take a separate capture for every point you placed, so five points meant five captures. Now a single capture covers all of them. Support for fast lenses Aperture settings now go down to f/0.7, so lenses like the Noctilux and other sub f/1 optics can be entered in Range Limits properly. Range Limits now drive the warnings If an exposure needs an aperture your lens can't open to, that combination is flagged, even when the displayed value rounds to something that looks reachable. Previously a reading that really needed f/0.82 could show as f/1 without warning. Also in this update: • The active profile badge sits clear of the controls in portrait, and moves to the top of the viewfinder in landscape. • In landscape, the left panel no longer shifts as readings appear and disappear, and navigation buttons moved to the right panel so both sides are used evenly. • Opening a picker in landscape no longer rotates the app to portrait. • New Help sections covering shooting profiles and the accuracy limits of phone based metering.

New Exposure Combination Scale Display! The main readout now shows a scale of equivalent exposures instead of a single pair. Your current setting sits in the middle, underlined, with nearby combinations on either side so you can see at a glance that 1/125 at f/5.6 gives the same exposure as 1/250 at f/4. • Swipe across the values to scroll through combinations • Tap any combination to jump straight to it • Combinations your camera can't reach are flagged • Computed values now follow your own stop increment: a full-stop aperture setting gives full-stop apertures, even with the shutter set to ⅓ stop • More reliable Remember Settings restore when the app launches • Improved metering speed and smoother dial control • Layout fix for the bottom controls on smaller screens • Improved low-light accuracy • cd/m² readings have been corrected to the ISO 2720 standard.
