The DEOS Secure AlarmApp brings service and alarm messages to your mobile phone and thus improves the service coordination.
The better coordination and exchange of experience between technicians is supported by functions such as the technician chat. Further practical requirements make this app so valuable: Flexible alarm scenarios such as alarming after alarms or escalation of messages can be easily implemented. The simple administration of the app also makes service work much easier.
