Exam Countdown & Study Timer helps you practice time management under real exam conditions. Study sessions and mock exams at home can feel just like the real test room.
Most students use a stopwatch when taking mock exams at home. But real exam rooms have an analog wall clock that shows the current time. On test day, you must read that clock and work out how many minutes remain until the end. A stopwatch does not train this important skill.
Exam Clock runs an analog clock starting from the exam start time you set. If your real exam starts at one thirty in the afternoon and lasts forty five minutes, pressing start shows an analog clock at one thirty that begins moving, with the end time shown below it. You practice with the exact same clock you will see on test day, so you never feel lost about timing.
Exam Clock also shows the number of days until your target exam in a large tear off calendar style. You can see at a glance how many days are left, which helps keep your daily motivation high.
Main features
Real exam simulation clock. Set the start and end time of your exam, then choose a subject to run an analog clock at the real exam time, with the end time always shown.
Subject presets. Save up to eight frequently used exam times such as Math, English, and Reading.
Remaining time countdown. Show the time left during the exam, with an option to hide it for a more realistic practice.
Days until exam. Register your target exam name and date to show the remaining days in large digits.
End notification. A sound lets you know when the set end time is reached.
Portrait and landscape. Use it as a desk clock on a charging stand in either orientation.
Multiple languages. Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean, switchable from the flags in settings.

How to use
First, register your target exam name and date in settings. Next, save the start and end times of the subjects you use for mock exams as presets. To begin a mock exam, choose a subject from the play button and press start. The analog clock starts moving at the real exam time. A sound notifies you at the end time. The rest of the time, keep it as a standby screen showing the date, time, and days left until your exam.
Pricing
The app is free to use. The free version shows a banner ad at the bottom. An in app purchase removes ads and unlocks future features.

This app does not replace official exam room clocks and does not guarantee official timekeeping. On test day, follow the instructions and clocks provided at your exam site. This app is a study and practice aid.
