ShuttleQ.com is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) Transportation, Tracking, Parking and Guest Management Communication System with a proven track record of optimising fleet operations and increasing guest satisfaction. ShuttleQ allows managers, drivers the front desk to effectively communicate, track and handle all hotel guest transportation aspects. Easy-to-use, interactive and intuitive dashboards with customisable inputs make it easy to communicate with drivers and guests in real time, while keeping track of all guest transportation tasks: dispatches, pickups, drop-offs, reservations waitlist, parking and more.
Upon receiving a pickup request, the system will assign the task and notify the next available driver via Shuttle’s app, monitor progress via GPS from dispatch to pick-up to drop-off. Guests are kept apprised of the transportation status via text and email that includes a mobile web link to ShuttleQ to view actual progress via a real-time interactive GPS map & driver tracking, eliminating miscommunication & need to call and tie up the front desk. Can be accessed anywhere with an internet connection, via browser or mobile app, at any time.
