The customer service update! This update allows Tooli team members to be able to better communicate and help our users directly. Notifications got an upgrade as well. We've cut down on the noise immensely and you can control your notification settings from the Notification Center by clicking on the bell from the Home Screen and then clicking on "settings".

A smoother first-run tour walks you through the app, listings now show how quickly each lister typically responds, and the desktop home feed gets a cleaner post layout with quick filters — plus the mobile search bar tucks away as you scroll so results have more room. We also fixed chat lists that wouldn't load past 10 conversations, polished the cart icon animation, and added decimal pricing for listing add-ons.

Chat is faster and more reliable: captions you type alongside photos no longer get dropped, pickup and drop-off confirmations appear instantly, and the camera no longer attaches the same image twice. Booking status updates now refresh the chat in real time, and several chat scrolling and image-viewer glitches have been smoothed out. Many notifications are more descriptive as well.
