凌碳平台是一套智慧農業生產管理資訊系統，提供完善的耕地、栽培與田間管理功能，整合運用ICT與IoT，協助業者進行農產品生產管理，以供應適時、適量、適質的溯源安心農產品；標準化的資材施用管控，可協助業者施行精準農業，減少資材施用與水資源耗損，並穩定農產品品質；透過環境感測數據收集應用，可取得農作物栽培的積溫數據，搭配田間作業紀錄與最終作物產量與品質，在生產端可得作物在地化之最適管理作業流程，持續做為生產改善之依據；除可協助使用者進行臺灣本國產銷履歷驗證外，未來更期望納入Global G.A.P之重要管制點做為服務內容設計規劃依據，提供資訊化、智慧化、標準化的農業生產作業管理服務。
