Bad words made the DiNGiES sad. DiNGiES live inside a head. “Do not show your colors, nor sing or dance! You’re different! Unnormal! I won’t give a chance!”. Now all they want is sleep all day. There is no good reason, why they shouldn’t play. “I don’t care what you want, do what I say!”. Is there somebody out there, to guide them their way? To find a new home, forever to stay.

DiNGiES is an art project. A digital toy in loving memory of old analog water ring toss games, you might remember from your childhood, combined with popping bubble wrap and many unique flavors. Existence and communication at its core, it’s cozy or action packed, however YOU prefer to play.

Synchronized across the globe, DiNGiES Boombox makes sure you and fellow DiNGiES friends around the planet are listening to the exactly the same musical note, down to the millisecond. It’s faster than lightspeed and one of the biggest synchronized soundsystems ever created, with the diameter of the planet Earth (12,756km or 7,92mi). You’re never alone in DiNGiES space, even if life may sometimes feel like it. Somewhere, somebody is dancing to the same tune as you.
DiNGiES only communicates with the internet for syncing its clock, using the Network Time Protocol (NTP), and when the app crashes. This helps me fix it and is fully anonymous. When all crashes are fixed, DiNGiES will as such never phone home. Everything is made with maximum privacy in mind and you can read more about this in the Privacy Policy.
