Solstice 3.1.1 updates the classic chart for a more accurate depiction of the sun’s path throughout the year by charting the sun’s altitude instead of its position relative to sunrise/sunset.

Widgets and Apple Watch complications have been completely re-written in Solstice 3.1 to improve reliability and performance. Your existing widgets may need reconfiguring or removing and re-adding to your Home Screen, Lock Screen, or Apple Watch face. A new small appearance for the sundial widget has also been added.

Solstice 3.0.4 updates widget configuration to improve reliability and performance. Please note that this update may require reconfiguration for widgets that are configured with a custom location.

v1.3.2 of Solstice adds improvements to Shortcuts actions. Now you can use Solstice in Shortcuts to get the sunrise or sunset time for any given date and location, which can be useful for dynamically setting lighting via HomeKit. This update also improves the “View Daylight” and “View Remaining Daylight” Shortcuts actions by providing the daylight duration as a value that can be used in other Shortcuts actions.
