In Timberman 2, tap to topple all sorts of trees—from your garden-variety woodsy type to one made out of smashed cars—then spend your earnings to defend your town from zombie vegetables. Boss battles, tower defense, item merging, tons of heroes to unlock and upgrade...there’s always something ax-citing to do!

What we love: The blistering versus battles. Whoever chops the most wood before time runs out wins, but swinging wildly can be dangerous: If a descending branch conks you on the head, you’ll be stunned for a few precious seconds. Whether you capitalize on opponents’ goofs or foil them with power-ups, overtaking the leader is an absolute blast (literally, if you hit them with a well-timed bomb!).

Quick tip: In town-defense stages, use crates and sticky wood to funnel zombies into a group. This makes them easy pickings for fortifications like the tennis-ball cannon and the bomb power-up, which’ll turn those evil veggies into stir-fry.

Meet the creator: Poland’s Digital Melody Games experimented with multiple ideas before Timberman 2 sprouted in its final form. When the developers added tower defense and merging to the mix—plus frantic head-to-head battles—playtesters’ overjoyed reactions confirmed the team was barking up the right tree.
