Meet the creator: Headquarterd in Seoul’s Gangnam district, ACT Games is a small developer that’s worked with big names, including Hello Kitty, Bubble Bobble, and Zoids. ACT (which stands for “Across Culture and Technology”) also made the super-cute Aggretsuko: Sanrio Puzzle Game.
