Resources module - Machines List:
- Three new columns added (Fleet status, Ownership and Origin)
- Adds Fleet Status filter with In fleet and Out of fleet choices. In Fleet is the default filter when entering the Machines list
- Ability to filter Active machines, Owned machines, Rental and rented out machines.
- Add new tab "ROUTINES" to the machine details flyout and vice versa
