Paid for a subscription I literally cannot use. Brilliant, Apple.
T-XDR
I purchased the Apple Creator Studio yearly subscription and expected — naively, apparently — to actually be able to USE it. Every single app in the suite greets me with the same useless message:"No Subscription Found. Start a subscription, or check your subscription status in the App Store."I JUST BOUGHT IT. What exactly am I supposed to "check"? The App Store shows the subscription is active. The money left my account. Yet every Creator Studio app treats me like a freeloader who wandered in off the street. This is running on a MacBook Pro M4 Pro with macOS 26.4.1 — a bleeding-edge Apple machine running a bleeding-edge Apple OS, using a bleeding-edge Apple subscription, failing to work with a bleeding-edge Apple app suite. The full Apple ecosystem, somehow incapable of talking to itself.Third-party in-app subscription systems — the ones Apple loves to take a 30% cut from — handle entitlement verification better than this. Let that sink in.For a company that built its entire brand on "it just works," this is genuinely embarrassing. I've filed a support request and gotten nowhere. Avoid until Apple figures out how to validate a subscription it sold you.
Bug on MacOS Tahoe 26.4
B@keRiddim
Since the Tahoe 26.4 update, the Mac version keeps asking for a subscription even though I’ve already paid. It works fine on my iPad, but won't recognize my account on the MacBook. Please fix this bug!
This app has an age rating of 4+ with content restrictions. Some content may be rated higher, but access is managed by the developer through in-app controls.
