ปักมุดไม่ตรง ไม่จำวิธีชำระเงิน
1. ปักหมุดมีปัญหา เวลาส่ง API ไป แอปอื่น เช่น grab แล้ว ไรเดอร์บอกปักหมุดไม่ตรง ทำให้มันน่ารำคาญเวลาไรเดอร์บ่น ทั้งทั้งที่ไม่ใช่ความผิดของลูกค้า
2. วิธีการขำระเงินก็มีปัญหา เหมือนในแอปจะตั้ง default เป็นเงินสด แต่ไม่มีวิธีเลือกจดจำวิธีชำระเงิน ทำให้เข้าใจผิดว่า ใข้การจ่ายเหมือนครั้งที่ผ่านมา (ในหมวดบัตร ตั้งได้ว่าใช้บัตรใด default แต่ไม่ default จนถึงช่องทาง) เกือบไม่มีเงินจ่าย แล้วยกเลิกรายการแล้ว
ลงทะเบียนไม่ได้
ใส่ OTP แล้ว Error ตัวแอพแจ้งให้เปลี่ยนเบอร์
แต่พอใช้เบอร์เดิม Login แอพดันแจ้งว่าไม่ได้ลงทะเบียน
รีวิวการใช้แอพไม่ถึง 10 นาที
เพิ่มที่อยู่ไม่ได้ กดแล้วกดอีก ออกเข้าใหม่ก็เป็นแบบเดิม เหมือนแอพงง ๆ กับอะไรไม่รู้ จัดโปรก็น่าสนใจ อยากกินแบบปกติก็มีให้เลือกไม่มาก
