1. อยากให้มีสถานะบอกผู้ใช้เพิ่มเติม เช่น กำลังทำอาหาร กำลังออกไปส่ง
2. ปรับปรุงในส่วนของที่อยู่ ในกรณีเราคือแอปไม่ลิงก์ไปที่ map ก็เลยต้องพิมพ์เอง อีกส่วนคือเราเลือกเมนูภาษาไทย แต่ช่องให้กรอกเป็นภาษาอังกฤษอย่าง street , area , route
3. ปรับปรุงระบบจ่ายเงิน เราเลือกเป็นจ่ายผ่านบัตรเดบิต แต่พนักงานส่งไม่แน่ใจว่า เราจ่ายไปแล้วหรือยัง เพราะในใบเสร็จขึ้นแค่ credit card แล้วตามด้วยราคาสินค้า น่าจะเพิ่มคำในใบเสร็จอย่าง จ่ายแล้ว หรือส่ง maill ยืนยันการชำระเงินให้ผู้ใช้
นอกนั้นใช้งานได้ปกติค่ะ แอปรวดเร็ว ใช้งานง่ายแล้วค่ะ

ลองใช้งานแล้วค่ะ สั่งอาหารง่ายดี เเต่อยากให้มีอัฟเดทสถานะว่า กำลังเตรียมอาหาร กำลังออกไปส่ง เพราะสั่งเสร็จปุ้ป สถานะเงียบเลยได้เเต่รอๆๆๆๆๆๆ อย่างเดียว เช็คสถานะอะไรไม่ได้เลย

ขึ้นให้กดชำระเงิน เราก็ว่าไม่มีช่องทางจ่ายเงินให้เลือก มีแต่ให้กดชำระเงิน
พอกดชำระเงิน เลขออเดอร์เด้งขึ้นมา แล้วเข้าไปอยู่ในประวัติการชำระเงิน และส่ง SMS มา
สรุปรอเกือบ ชม. ติดต่อไป 1150 บอกออเดอร์ไม่เข้า
จะให้เราสั่งทาง app ใหม่ ไปๆมาๆ บอกไม่ต้องสั่งใหม่แล้ว เดี๋ยวใช่ออเดอร์ที่เราสั่งใน app เลย
เราถามเรื่องช่องทางจ่ายตัง คอลเซ็นเตอร์ บอกเราต้องจ่ายเงินสด เพราะเราไม่ได้เลือกช่องทางชำระเงิน
ก็ app คุณไม่มีให้เราเลือก แล้วเราจะไปกดเลือกตรงไหน คอลเซ็นเตอร์ควรลองทดสอบสั่งผ่าน app ตัวเองดูก่อนมาให้ข้อมูลลูกค้านะครับ
