1. การใช้งาน เมนูต่างๆ ยัง งงๆ การตกแต่งดูเลอะเทอะไปหมดค่ะ การ collect คูปองก็แอบยาก หาเมนูไม่เจอ ถ้าอยากทำแอปให้คนทุกวัยใช้งานได้ควรทำหน้าตาแอปให้ดูใช้ง่าย และเข้าใจง่ายกว่านี้นะคะ
2. การระบุสถานที่ที่จัดส่งยากมากกกก ก.ไก่ล้านตัว แทนที่ key in ชื่อสถานที่ได้เลย แต่อันนี้ทำไม่ได้
3. ถ้าจะจำกัดเมนูพิเศษซื้อได้แค่ช่องทางของเคเอฟซีเท่านั้นก็น่าจะเลือกสาขาได้นะคะ เพราะสั่งทีไรได้สาขาที่คุณภาพสินค้าที่แย่ตลอด เช่น ไก่ดำ ไก่ไม่กรอบ ไก่ไม่สุก (บิ๊กซีวงศ์สว่าง)
4. ช่องทางการชำระเงินหลากหลายกว่าเมื่อก่อนดีค่ะ
