Bugfix to fullscreen video playback

Mostly small fixes. It wasn't possible to add a duck to a pond. That has been fixed.

We fixed a bug with video playback in fullscreen mode.

Der er blevet harrumpfet, mon-dog-eret og nådadaiseret en del, og så er der også blevet bygget meget mere fejlsøgningsfunktionalitet ind, så vi kan opdage det, hvis der er noget, der går galt. Serveren skulle også gerne være lidt mere vågen nu.

Videoupload er nu mere robust, og man har mulighed for at afbryde upload.

Added "Nests" functionality (Duckling's version of groups). Create your own nest, publish to your own managed space, and build your own brand—on your own or by teaming up with like-minded people.
