Updated permissions handling for moderators

Quick fix: Speaker details on event page weren't mapped correctly.

Registration page for speakers and attendees had an awful bug which was preventing the users to retain the text that they have entered. We just fixed that.

- Registrations are now built in to the platform! - Organizers can directly feature their events now, create registration forms for speakers and attendees & manage them through a separate web admin portal. - The end users can now register for an event as an attendee or a speaker directly through the application

You can now see Flutter events and register for them. The entry to the events is also automated through a QR code which will be scanned by the people hosting you at the event! Also, Flutter Xchange has an all new design update, simpler and cleaner!
