ปรับปรุงใช้งานง่ายขึ้น ด้านความปลอดภัยดีมากขึ้น แต่อยากช่วยลดจำนวนการยืนยันให้น้อยลด เพราะเพื่อความปลอดภัยแก่ผู้ขับ และลดอัตราการโดนแบนถาวร
ซึ่งตอนนี้ให้ถ่ายรูปสแกนหน้าเยอะเกินความจำเป็นด้านความปลอดภัย เช่น สแกนก่อนออนไลน์ สแกนหลังจบงาน สแกนทุกครั้งที่สลับปิด-เปิด เป็นต้น
ขอความเห็นใจสำหรับคนที่ขับแกร็บมานาน เพราะเราหาค่าคอมมิชชั่นให้กับแกร็บไปแล้วเท่าไหร่ มันไม่ยุติธรรมเลยที่เพิ่มความปลอดภัยด้วยวิธีนี้ เสี่ยงต่อการโดนแบนถาวรมากขึ้น หรือความปรับให้สามารถยื่นอุทธรณ์ได้มากกว่า 1 ครั้ง หรือรับฟังเหตุผลก่อนที่จะให้ระบบแบนถาวรแบบไร้เหตุผล แค่การสแกนหน้าไม่ผ่าน 2 ครั้ง โดนแบนถาวร
