Subscription pricing and terms:
Expand offers an auto-renewing yearly subscription at $69.99/year or monthly subscription at $11.99/month that provides you with access to the entire library of guided experiences. Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your app store account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off in your app store account settings.

Any perceived benefits are outweighed by the inconvenience this app has caused. It logged me out and now my subscription is - for all intents and purposes - lost. Sure I can prolly write an email and spend a few hours of my life (that I will never get back) sorting this out with support - but who needs that? What I *need*is for the darned thing to work. This is what happens when commercial motivations are prioritized over end-user experience. They clearly care more about safeguarding their IP than they do their customers which is pretty dumb. Because if someone wants to copy anything they want it’s very very easy to do and they can never stop it - so how about prioritizing your customers instead of frustrating us and wasting resources on an impossible quest to lock down your sounds? A streaming app for meditation is a terrible model from the perspective of your end users. What if we want to meditate outside of coverage areas? It’s very inconvenient and again shows the true priorities and motivations here are commercial and not altruistic. Very disappointing. Just another capitalist venture.
