VIMS Mobile is the field companion app for VIMS (Vendor Inventory Management System) — the platform medical-device vendors and distributors use to run inventory, consignment and equipment operations across the clinics they serve.
Built for sales reps, warehouse and logistics staff, and service technicians who work away from the desk, VIMS Mobile brings your core vendor workflows to iPhone and iPad so your team can capture work where it happens.
VIMS Mobile is a companion to an existing VIMS account. Signing in requires credentials issued by your organization.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Inventory & stocktake — browse your product catalog, check stock levels, and run stocktakes with barcode and QR scanning.
• Barcode & QR scanning — scan EAN, UPC, Code128, QR, DataMatrix and more, with AI-assisted matching.
• Consignment — manage consignment stock, dispensing, goods-received notes (GRNs), quotations, special orders and per-clinic settings.
• Equipment rental & loaner program — track bookings, assignments, loans, loan billing and a loan calendar.
• Service operations — service tickets, shipping, returns, damage reports, cleaning jobs and inspections.
• Orders & purchasing — review sales and purchase orders on the move.
• CRM — customers, opportunities, activities, contacts and accounts.
WORKS OFFLINE
Offline-first: your actions are queued locally and synced automatically when the connection returns.
SECURE BY DESIGN
• Single sign-on with your VIMS / HubSwitch account.
• Optional biometric unlock (Face ID / Touch ID).
• Push notifications keep your team up to date.
