• Thailand: a VAT-registered business names which document is its tax invoice (ใบกำกับภาษี) in Business Profile, and baht invoices print that title in Thai. Withholding tax (ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย) at 1, 2, 3 or 5% is a switch in Adjustments. • Delivery notes can be printed without prices — quantities only, for the receiver who signs for the goods. • Reports: the CSV export now names the other party, and whether it is a client or a supplier. • Your first invoice comes with a four-step checklist — Client, Items, Preview, Send — in place of the guided tour. • A Monday morning summary of what you're still owed (only while an invoice is outstanding).

• Your first invoice opens as a finished sample: change the client and the line, and it's yours. • Send to myself: get the PDF on your phone, in Files or in your own email before it goes to a client. • Your first document can wear any template, Pro ones included. • Reminders: a nudge when an invoice you made hasn't been sent yet, alongside the due-date reminders.

• Scanning: a table that prints a tax amount on every row now reads correctly — a line's tax is no longer taken for its amount. • Scanning: Korean 거래명세서 and 세금계산서 pages are recognised — sender, recipient, 공급가액 and 세액 — and a business registration number is no longer read as the invoice number. • Korean: the delivery note is now called 거래명세서, and new documents for a business in South Korea open at the 10% VAT rate.

• Business location: choosing a new location now also switches your currency and standard tax rate to that place's. Documents you have already made keep their own currency. • The tax menu on an invoice always offers your location's standard rate, and "No tax" is listed only once. • Template previews show sample invoices in Hong Kong dollars or Thai baht when your business is located there. • Fixed: the wall of templates on the upgrade screen could stay still on some phones. • Fixed: on the welcome tour, Skip could cover the corner of the sample invoice.

• Business location: set where your business trades (Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, Thailand or elsewhere) in your business profile. New invoices start with that place's tax rate, tax fields and date order. • Bank transfer is now a payment method. Enter your bank details once and they print on every template and in the email. • The tax ID in your business profile now prints on your documents. • Japan: invoices in yen are qualified invoices on every template, with the registration number and consumption tax by rate, and can carry withholding tax. • Mexico: every invoice issued in pesos says on the page that it is not a CFDI, and ISR and IVA retentions can be added as two separate switches. • Hong Kong: invoices in HK dollars start untaxed and no longer print a "Tax (0%)" row. Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong) is a new app language. • Dates on English documents follow your region's order, such as 18 Sep 2026 in the UK, Australia and Hong Kong. • Fixed: a second business lost its address when it was saved.

• Delivery notes: a new document for goods handed over, with the receiver's signature. Starting one is free, and a tap turns it into an invoice. • The second tab is now Documents, with separate lists for estimates and quotes and for delivery notes. • Home totals in one currency you can switch, and the Paid, Unpaid and Overdue cards narrow the list underneath. • Spanish now comes in two versions, Mexico and Spain, and the Thai wording has been rewritten throughout. • Sort menus, the export format picker and the scan screen were still in English in every language. They are translated now. • The Pro page has a new look, and the way in from the first-run tour no longer flashes blank.

• Deposit already paid: in the deposit settings, turn on Already paid and the invoice shows Deposit received and the balance left. • Home's total now stays in the currency your issued invoices are in, instead of switching to one used only by a draft. • Reinstalling no longer replaces your business details with the ones typed during setup. The business already in iCloud is kept. • With several businesses, tap the name at the top of Home to switch between them. • Japanese qualified invoices: the Japanese templates now show, for each tax rate (10% and 8%), the amount taxed and its consumption tax, and mark reduced-rate items with ※. Registration numbers are tidied into T plus 13 digits.

• Ask for a deposit: set a percentage or a fixed amount under Adjustments. The invoice shows the deposit due now and the balance after it, and its payment QR code asks for the deposit first • Estimates and quotes can now be accepted: take your client's signature on your device, or mark them accepted or declined. Converting one keeps the estimate and creates a new invoice that carries its deposit over • Long-press an invoice or estimate in a list to send, share, download, duplicate or delete it without opening it • Subscribers can see their plan by tapping the crown on Home • Drag a line from anywhere on it to reorder it • Dates written out in words follow the document's language, amount fields show the cursor as soon as the keyboard opens, and the deposit screen explains when an amount can't be used

• Several businesses in one app: each one keeps its own invoices, clients, items, payment details, branding and numbering. Add one from Profile, then switch between them from the business name on Home • Home now lists all your invoices, with the status filters, sorting and the Issued/Received switch. The Invoices tab is now Estimates: your estimates and quotes, filtered by draft, sent or expired • Set the currency new invoices use from the new Currency row in Profile. When your invoices are in more than one currency, Home also shows what's still owed in the others • Subscribers can now manage or cancel their plan from Profile • While your business still has its placeholder name, your first new invoice starts by asking for your business details • Tapping an amount field selects its value, a leading zero gives way to the first digit you type, and changing the issue date moves the due date with it • Due-date reminders for invoices you received now say that payment is needed

• Scan an invoice: point the camera at a paper bill — or pick a photo — and it becomes a draft you check before saving. The page is read on your device by default • Optional AI review: when you ask for it, the scanned page and the fields read from it go to Google Gemini for a second opinion — and nothing changes until you pick which suggestions to apply • Pick several photos at once and each one becomes its own document, with a list to go through before importing • Invoices you received now have a ledger of their own, kept apart from the ones you issue, so a supplier's bill is never counted as income • Pix (Brazil): your own Pix key becomes a scan-to-pay code, generated on the device • On a free trial you can ask to be reminded before it renews; if a payment later fails, the app says so instead of switching Pro off in silence • Fixes: a mistyped web address is no longer completed into a link that cannot open, a year at the end of an invoice number is read as a date rather than a quantity, and the total on Home is no longer cut short

• Each document now carries its own currency — change it in the editor and the figures are relabelled, never converted. Saved invoices keep the currency they were written in, so changing the business setting no longer rewrites old documents • The currency picker lists every circulating currency. Where it opened blank (BRL, MXN, THB and others), it works now • Yen, won, dong and other currencies without decimals no longer print stray fractions, so lines and totals add up • Totals on Home and in the sales report stay in one currency instead of adding different ones together • A shorter first launch: two pages, then you're in the app

• Send a receipt: once an invoice is paid, share it as a receipt — the same document, marked paid, with the date it was settled • Invoices you send now carry a small “Made with Invoice Maker” line in the footer. Subscribers switch it off in Settings • Dark mode polish across Home and the tab bar • The half-price offer now disappears the moment you subscribe

• Each line can now carry its own quantity, description, discount and tax — tap a line on an invoice to set them. • Payment reminders: switch them on inside an unpaid invoice and a notification arrives at 9:00 until it is paid. • Your own formats: choose the invoice-number pattern, the date format and how due dates are written. • The client, item and payment-link pickers were redrawn — "new client" and "new item" now lead the list instead of hiding in a toolbar. • A first invoice is now walked through in the editor itself, one step at a time. • Fixes: amounts no longer break across two lines, and at large text sizes the field you are typing in stays clear of the buttons.

• New QR type: Pix, for getting paid in Brazil. Enter your Pix key, name and city — and an amount if you want one — and the app draws a static Pix code your client scans in their own banking app. Free, like every other code type.

• A new setup tour: name your business, pick your paper and brand style, and watch your own invoice take shape • The free plan now counts the new documents you create each month; anything already created stays free to edit, export and share

• Fixed the amount on Home and in the widgets showing the currency symbol in the middle of the number

Your invoices reach the Home Screen. Three widgets: a saved payment code drawn large enough to hold up and scan, what you're owed and what's overdue at a glance, and shortcuts straight into a new invoice, estimate or code. Each comes in every size iOS offers. Widgets carry your look too — 50 backgrounds across plain, gradients, glows, patterns, materials and seasonal, plus a font and a text colour, all chosen from the widget's own edit sheet. Profile → Widgets shows every widget at every size before you add one, with the three steps for adding them at the top. The tab bar, Settings and Profile now speak your language instead of falling back to English, and the empty state in My Codes sits centred where it belongs.

Your QR code no longer has to sit on a plain white square. Pick one of 16 ready-made designs — poster, menu card, sale tag, neon, business card and more — and your code drops straight in, sized and placed for you. Four of them are free. The designer got more to play with too: decorative frames around the code, connected dots, two-tone eyes and radial gradients. And a tinted background is no longer turned away as unscannable when it reads perfectly well. Clients, items and templates have moved out of Settings — they now live in Profile.

New here? The app now walks you through your first invoice one step at a time — pick a look, add who you're billing and what you're charging for, choose how you get paid, then preview and send. Pro templates are free to use inside that walkthrough, and nothing interrupts it to ask for money. Skip any step, or head into the full app whenever you like.

Reworked the app's diagnostics so crashes and rough edges surface — and get fixed — faster. The analytics switch has been removed from Settings; the Privacy Policy describes the usage and crash data the app collects.
