Paid for dinner? Snap the receipt, pick who had what, add service charge and VAT, then send each friend a PromptPay QR with their exact amount. No ads, no sign-up.
Paid for the whole table? HarnKan works out everyone's share to the satang and makes a Thai PromptPay QR code with each friend's amount already filled in. They scan it with their banking app and pay.
Note: the app's menus are in Thai, and PromptPay is a Thai payment system.
TWO WAYS TO SPLIT
• Split equally: enter the total, pick people, done
• Split by item: everyone pays for what they had; shared dishes are split between the people who shared them
• Optional 10% service charge and 7% VAT, spread in proportion to what each person had
SCAN THE RECEIPT
• Take or choose a photo of the receipt; the app reads item names and prices, including Thai text
• It checks the printed total and works out whether service charge and VAT were added
• Text is read on the device; the photo goes nowhere
COLLECT WITH PROMPTPAY
• Each friend gets a QR code with their own amount
• Share one bill summary image with all the QR codes to your LINE group
• Receive with a phone number, national ID or e-Wallet ID
NEVER FORGET WHO OWES
• Tap a friend to mark them as paid; see what's still owed on the home screen
• Automatic reminders, only for bills that aren't settled
• Home-screen widget with the amount owed and a New bill button

PRIVATE
No sign-up, no login, no ads, no internet connection. Your bills and PromptPay ID stay on your device.
HarnKan only creates standard PromptPay QR codes. It does not receive, send or hold money and is not connected to any bank. Payments happen in your friend's banking app.
