Thank you for your review. There are various ways to earn hearts without making a purchase. You can watch ads via the cinema billboard to earn hearts. Curing VIP patients also typically earns you hearts. Completing orders at the Epidemic Centre may pay out hearts sometimes and some treasure chests at your friends' hospitals have hearts in them too.

We are grateful for your review and feedback. If you apply the right strategies, the game might advance a lot faster. Apply boosters to increase XP payout. Discard patients that are harder to cure or less profitable. Come back frequently to collect treasure chests, gift boxes, play the bubble boy game and visit other hospitals to get more stuff.
