Wohlbefinden, Sicherheit und Leistung sind die drei Kategorien der KARMA-App. Der Status der einzelnen Bereiche kann jederzeit abgefragt werden. Falls es zu Ausfällen oder Abweichungen kommt, wird der KARMA-Nutzer sofort durch Push-Nachrichten proaktiv informiert. Das Ampel-System zeigt auf einen Blick, wo präventiv Handlungsbedarf besteht, ob ein sofortiger Eingriff erforderlich ist – oder ob alles in bester Ordnung ist. Bei KARMA steht der Nutzer im Vordergrund Gleich welcher Nutzertyp Sie sind, Mitarbeiter, Bewohner, Besucher, Verwalter oder Dienstleister, weil KARMA ständig dazu lernt, erhält man nur die Informationen, die man braucht. Alle Applikationen werden permanent betreut und weiter entwickelt. Einfache Installation: Mit geringem Aufwand wird die Hardware durch die KARMA-Spezialisten vor Ort in kürzester Zeit installiert. Durch die intuitive Software ist KARMA vom ersten Tag an effektiv und gewinnbringend. Die KARMA-Coaches stehen dabei jederzeit unterstützend zur Seite.
