My Heart PAP เป็น แอพพลิเคชั่นที่ให้บุคคลกรทางการแพทย์ใช้ในการดำเนินการในโครงการ Self-Pay HF PAP ซึ่งเป็นโครงการที่สนับสนุนโดยบริษัทโนวาร์ตีส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการคือ ช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลวเรื้อรังในประเทศไทย ให้สามารถเข้าถึงการรักษาด้วยยาแซคคิวบิทริล/วาลซาร์แทน อีกทั้งยังช่วยลดภาระค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาลสำหรับผู้ป่วยที่ต้องรับผิดชอบค่ายาดังกล่าว ซึ่งจะช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยได้รับการรักษา ที่เหมาะสมอย่างต่อเนื่อง และมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป บุคคลกรทางการแพทย์สามารถใช้ My Heart PAP ในการลงทะเบียนผู้ป่วยเข้าโครงการ ติดตามประวัติการรับยาสนับสนุนจากโครงการ และอื่นๆ
