แอบใช้งานยากอยู่นะคะจะใส่โลโก้ร้านมันสามารถใส่ในแอบได้ไหมคะทำไมหาฟังชั่นนั้นไม่เจอ 😓
ดีค่ะสะดวก
ระบบดีค่ะ สะดวกต่อการใช้งาน แต่ส่งนตัวมีปัญหานิดหน่อยดังนี้ค่ะ
1.เวลาลูกค้าส่งรูปมาสอบถาม รูปไม่ขึ้น ต้องรีแอปใหม่ 2-3 รอบ ทำให้ลูกค้าเสียเวลารอและหงุดหงิด
2. ไม่ค่อยเข้าใจการตัดจำนวนสินค้าในสต๊อกค่ะ ทำไมบางทีก็ตัดให้ บางทีก็ไม่ตัด ทำให้บางทีของหมดแล้วลูกค้ากดออเดอร์ ต้องเสียเวลาคืนเงินอีก
สอบถามหน่อยค่ะ
กรณีมี official มากกว่า 1. Account สลับ account ยังไงคะ

สวัสดีค่ะ สำหรับวิธีการสลับ account ในกรณีที่มีมากกว่าหนึ่ง account สามารถทำได้โดยการกด icon menu ด้านซ้ายบนในหน้า chat เพื่อเปิด menu จากนั้น กดที่แถบชื่อ account ด้านบนของหน้าเมนู คุณ Chaya31 จะสามารถกลับไปเลือก account อื่นๆ ในหน้า Accounts ได้ค่ะ ขอบคุณสำหรับ feedback ค่ะ
