Sorting is now one tidy button. • Rare catches: spots of rare aircraft are now marked Rare, Very rare or Extremely rare, each with the fact behind it. New • Suggest corrections — Spot something wrong with an aircraft’s details? Tap the record plate on any spot to suggest a correction for our moderators to review. • One airframe, every registration — If an aircraft has flown under multiple registrations, its tail page now connects them so you can explore its history and photos across registrations. • More control over your photos — A new privacy setting lets you choose whether your photos may be featured in TailzIN social posts and advertising. • Updated Terms & Privacy Policy — You’ll be asked to review and accept the latest versions when you open the app. Improved • Aircraft type codes now appear alongside model names — for example, Airbus A330-900 · A339. • Cleaner aircraft model pages, with dedicated pages for more aircraft that previously appeared as “Unknown.” • Fresher airport arrivals and departures, including a last updated time and pull-to-refresh. • Drafts now show their cover photo, and missing airports can be added directly from the draft. • More accurate aircraft and airline data, improving badge detection and awards such as Neo Collector. We’ve improved watermarks with smaller, more accurate previews, upgraded sharing so you can choose exactly which photo to share and save images directly to your photo library, and updated airport codes to display ICAO/IATA formats consistently across TailzIN. Profiles have been redesigned with social links, adjustable cover photos, squad covers, direct home-airport links, and cleaner controls. Your Logbook now opens in list view, uploads give you control over whether camera data is displayed, badges and badge shelves can now be shared, and registration detection is easier to target. We’ve also added a new welcome tour and fixed several bugs and UI issues.
