แอพพลิเคชัน USO NET จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อให้ประชาชนไทยได้เข้าถึงสัญญาณอินเตอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงผ่านโครงการ WiFi ของ USO NET ที่ทางกสทชได้จัดให้มีขึ้นทั่วประเทศไทย โดยเฉพาะบริเวณหมู่บ้านชายขอบทั้ง 3,920 หมู่บ้าน โดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่าย ผู้ใช้งานจะต้องทำการลงทะเบียนและยืนยันตัวตนตามกฎหมายผ่านทางแอพพลิเคชันเพื่อเริ่มใช้งาน และผู้ใช้งานยังสามารถจัดการอุปกรณ์ต่อเชื่อมต่างๆผ่านทางแอพพลิเคชันได้ด้วย
