Make Your Pitch

Create stunning presentations with Keynote.

More than an app for making presentations, Keynote helps you organise your ideas and make them memorable. Powerful tools and professional effects give you control over text, images, video, charts and more so you can deliver your message, your way – across iPhone, iPad and Mac.

Show yourself inside your slides – perfect for making remote presentations more personal.

Simple but powerful

Whether you’re creating a presentation from scratch or starting with one of the app’s more than 30 themes, Keynote puts the most important tools front and centre. It’s easy to include charts, photos, videos and audio recordings, then animate the text and images on your slides or add any of dozens of cinematic transitions and visual effects.

The app offers more than 700 shapes, along with chart templates and photo-gallery designs. You can also edit photos and make your text stand out by applying textures, colour gradients or images – all without leaving Keynote.

Make your slides more personal by adding live video from your built-in camera, so you appear in a window right in the presentation. Or show video from the screen of your iPhone or iPad – perfect for demonstrating apps and games.

When it’s time to present, Keynote keeps everyone focused: Your screen can show the current and next slides, presenter notes and a timer, while your audience sees just the slide you’re narrating.

Built for collaboration

Keynote makes it just as easy to work on a deck with others: Simply click the collaborate icon in the toolbar (it looks like a person with a plus sign) to add participants. Collaborators can make edits to the presentation and see others’ edits in real time.

Work on your presentation together, then share control when you’re presenting.

The app’s multi-presenter mode lets each person control their own slides – no more having to guess when to advance through slides when someone else is speaking.

If your teammates are Windows users, Keynote plays nicely with PowerPoint: You can save Keynote presentations as PowerPoint files and import and edit PowerPoint presentations right in Keynote.
